The regulations even apply when a member of the public transports dangerous goods such as gasoline, oxygen, and propane for personal use. However, certain exemptions exist for small quantities or for specific situations. In most cases, there are three main groups of people who handle, offer for transport, or transport dangerous goods who must comply with TDG. Consignors - Anyone whose shipping name is on the shipping document or imports or has possession of the dangerous goods immediately before shipping dangerous goods such as manufacturers, distributors, or members of the public.
Carriers - Anyone who transports the dangerous goods such as trucking companies, air cargo companies, marine shipping companies, and members of the public. Consignees - Anyone who receives the dangerous goods from a consignor or carrier. How do I know if a product is regulated under the TDG Regulations? The TDG directorate has published a competency checklist. If you are the manufacturer and if your product meets the definition for a dangerous good (and if the dangerous good is not exempt under the TDG Regulations), then the product is regulated under the TDG Regulations. Make sure to hire him in Act 5 Normal so he’ll have the best stats. Lawbringer doesn’t have any ED% so just aim for an Elite sword*, preferably Ethereal, that has 3 sockets.Īn Ethereal Mythical Sword would be pretty neat. The problem is that nobody ever picks them up.
*One more thing to think about: If you make ‘Lawbringer’ in a random 1 hander, you can probably get an Act 3 Mercenary to hold it, which is also a common Hammerdin mercenary that comes with some neat freezing capabilities.įor armor, he would wear Treachery or The Gladiator’s Bane (Sol or Shael) and the helm could be a number of things. Kira’s or Rockstopper would both be great, depending on which armor you went with, since one doesn’t have CBF on it.Ībout Stormshield: I see more and more paladins using this shield. In the past I’ve considered it to have weak resists and lack everything I wanted a Hammerdin, but now that Lower Resist isn’t around, you can get away with not having quite the resist overstack as before. Optimal setup imo is shako (shael’d,) hoto, 35 fcr pally spirit w/ resists, maras, treks, arach, enigma, 10 fcr ring (preferably with mods,) soj, and either trang ouls or magefist depending on personal preference. anni / torch.įor merc setup get a act 2 combat merc for prayer aura (hired in normal for optimal stats,) equip him with a eth doom thresher or cryptic axe and eth vamp gaze. you have a lot of options with armor setup, up’d shaft (preferably eth) is great but i like ebug fort a lot better since upgrading. you can do ebug treachery if you wanna hit the next speed bp (depending on what you made doom in) but overall I think fort outshines them all. 125% fcr bp (hoto 40 + spirit 35 + ring 10 + 20 arach + 20 gloves) what you socket in the gaze depends heavily on the armor, i did ber because i was missing the dr from shaftstop. Gear can be mixed and matched, but I would recommend putting 20 points in Fire Resist aura (is that name correct?) I did it (actually I put only 17 points so far) and I can freely teleport in mid of Infector’s pack without being afraid of anything.Īfter all, you will benefit much more from this then some points saved in dex if you max HS.Ĩ6% fhr bp (20 treks + 20 + shael’d shako + 55 spirit)įor a virtually invincible build you need to look into the strats players on hardcore use (stacking sorb, ss for max dr, etc.) however with competent playing you really don’t need to worry with this setup. Holy Shield will be strong enough with +skills from your gear anyway.
Like some people here I will recommend Lawbringer for Sanct aura. Act3 merc (cold one) with Lawbringer sword, Steel Shade for fire absorb, (if you can put Vex in it) Stormshield (-req jool) and Gladiator’s Bane (Vex, Mal, Sol, whatever you think he needs most) will be able to support you very well. Instead he will withdraw a little bit and try to freeze them with Glacial Spike.
